Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and motivated Scheduling Manager to manage, lead, support and coach the Scheduling team, displaying role model behaviour and exceeding customer expectations and instilling a customer first attitude.
You will ensure that your team adhere to the task management process in an accurate and timely manner and that they are fully compliant with all service desk processes. Statistical analysis is key to making sure that our service commitments meet or exceed business operational criteria.
As a manager, you will support the Scgeduling team to ensure day to day leadership of relevant employees including conduct, performance, attendance, and competence; taking the required and appropriate actions to address any improper conduct or low standards. In addition to this, you will drive a high-performance culture through performance management and steady development.
