Job Description
EQUANS are looking for a Mobile Technical Supervisor working on our HMCTS contract in Redditch Magistrates Courts. This role would be a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview:
The post holder is accountable for the delivery of supervision for the HMCT’s contract and associated specifications for the contract.
•To Supervise the delivery of the facilities services for the HMCTs Contract by supporting the Area Facilities Manager (AFM)
•Support the AFM in achieving all SLA’s in place
•Support the AFM in achieving all KPI’s
•Support the AFM in achieving 100% statutory compliance.
•Ensuring H&S compliance to legislative and Equans standards
•Supervision of the team, including PDRs, succession planning, absence and performance management
