Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Perform end-to-end testing of mobile banking applications (Android & iOS). 

  • Design, maintain, and execute test cases and test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing. 

  • Conduct UAT, integration, and API testing in coordination with business and development teams. 

  • Validate security features such as authentication, encryption, and transaction safety. 

  • Ensure compliance with RBI, PCI-DSS, and data protection guidelines in testing scenarios. 

  • Log, track, and report defects using JIRA or similar tools. 

  • Execute tests on real devices and device farms (BrowserStack, AWS Device Farm, . 

  • Contribute to automation using Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest. 

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous delivery pipelines. 

    • Required Skills & Experience:  

  • 3–6 years of experience in mobile app testing, with at least 2 years in banking or fintech projects. 

  • Proven experience in testing mobile payments, onboarding, and transaction flows. 

  • Familiarity with security and compliance testing for financial apps. 

  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Appium, Espresso, XCTest). 

  • Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured). 

  • Strong debugging, analytical, and documentation skills. 

    • Good to Have:  

  • Experience in performance and accessibility testing. 

  • Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab). 

    • ISTQB / CSTE or equivalent QA certification
