Job Description
Operations/Mobilisation Coordinator needed on a full-time permanent basis.
The operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the resourcing, rosters and travel arrangements for Field Crews and to provide general administrative support to the Operations Team.

Salary β 80k/90k dependant on experience.
Minimum Qualifications β 3/4 yearsβ experience in an operations/training coordinator role.
Previous experience in recruitment, training or rostering is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain up to date working knowledge on sites you look after e.g. changes in client procedures.
- Deal with Client queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate Travel Arrangements, advise field crew of changes to the travel permits required.
- Organise hire cars as need be and ensure expenditure of hire cars are managed effectively.
- Update schedules/Leave requests β and maintain accurate schedules to ensure Operations can plan field crew assignments.
- Manage efficient mobilisation of field crew on site.
- Organise required pre-checks of staff.
- Forward appropriate documentation to mine site eg licences, training records, qualifications etc.
- Payroll β Coordinate delivery of timesheets to payroll for payment.
- Keep operations managers informed on day-to-day arrangements with the rigs you coordinate.
- Optimise use of all resources on your rigs to ensure efficient spend occurs eg employee rosters, travel etc.
- Ensure work is competed in a timely manner/adhere to schedule for mobilisation of field crew.
