Seismic Drilling Australia (SDA) are seeking an experienced full-time Mobilisation/Recruitment Coordinator based out of our Wangara, WA headquarters. The successful candidate will manage the full mobilisation lifecycle, ensuring all personnel are compliant, fully prepared, and ready to commence work on-site safely and on schedule.

About the Role

This fast-paced role requires a high degree of time management, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills. This position is a very dynamic and business critical role that bridges into our Field Operations, below is a brief outline of some of the requirements of the role:

Work within a small team assisting the Drilling Operations to ensure execution of:

  • Maintain site rosters, scheduling & planning of crew movements
  • Coordinate Flight, Ground Transport and Accommodation requirements
  • Assisting in recruitment of new personnel
  • Co‑ordinating pre‑employment medicals, inductions and ensure all personnel meet site‑specific requirements
  • Onboarding of personnel. Ensuring requirements such as security clearances, inductions and the issuing of PPE
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline systems and processes
  • Work with Management and Operations to ensure efficiency and planning within process flow

Personal Attributes

  • Positive attitude, someone who can work in a high‑paced environment.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
  • High level of computer literacy, with demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word) and systems relevant to operations
  • Strong understanding of mining compliance requirements, including inductions, medicals, and client‑specific site standards
  • Proven experience in mobilisation coordination within the mining/FIFO sector
  • High level of organisational and problem‑solving skills, able to manage multiple mobilisation‑s simultaneously and respond quickly to changing operational priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with drill crews, site supervisors, clients, and internal operations teams
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required, supporting time‑critical mobilisation‑s and operational demands across multiple projects
  • Work well within a small team environment
