About the role:
Skill-Ed provides free training in various technical and soft skills to help marginalized youth build confidence, develop employability and entrepreneurial abilities, and secure job placements. Training is offered across India, with a strong presence in Tamil Nadu, and is delivered by qualified and experienced trainers. Primary role of the Mobiliser will be to

Mobilize students for the Skill-Ed courses.

Identify, reach out to, and build partnerships with colleges to start Skill-Ed training programs.

Role and Responsibilities:

Build a network of colleges, institutes, organisations, and individuals to help enroll students for Skill-Ed courses.

Create a clear mobilization plan and ensure it is carried out on time to meet the enrollment targets.

Collect, maintain, and update student data, and follow up regularly with students and colleges.

Educational Qualification/Experience:

Educational Degree : Any Degree

Relevant Experience(in years) : 0-3 Years

Requirements and skills:

Diplomatic and good communicant

Ability to work autonomously

Candidates with willingness to travel across Tamilnadu will be preferred

Others:

Scope : Contract (December 2025-February 2026)

Age Criteria : 20-35 Years

Reporting to : Manager, Bhumi Clubs

Expected Joining Date: Immediate

Location: Travel in and around districts on daily basis,

Minimum Commitment (in years) : 2 months
