Job Description
The Mobility lead engineer manages the day-to-day operations and lead projects from a technical point of view.
He / she acts as specialist on Microsoft Intune for all mobile OS (i OS, Android & Mac OS) and MTR management at global level and is responsible for ensuring overall consistency by managing the core configuration synched with the Workstation Lead engineer
He / She provides business-oriented configurations settings for entities with specific needs
He / She provides expertise, advice, support, information, training and alerts in his/her area of expertise.
He / She can take direct action on all or part of a project, which falls within his/her area of expertise but also handles urgent tasks in order to keep Sodexo’s devices secured.
He / She monitors technology, participates in researchs into general technical architecture and developments to it, and in the qualification of IT platforms with the Workstation Lead engineer
He / She contributes to recruit, train and manage other global mobility engineers
He / She handles high support level for troubleshooting requests globally but also locally on HQ perimeter
Deliverable: Information and recommendations for projects/applications/systems for which he/she is responsible.
The UX team mission is to deliver delightful, relevant and secure digital work and collaboration experience to Sodexo employees and our partners in more than 40 countries and on more than 40 K mobile devices. As a member of the Unified Endpoint Management team, she/he participates to the Modern Management transformation journey by managing the global technical platforms and by advising SODEXO entities. One of the major challenges will be to secure corporate mobile devices by deploying Proxy and APP solutions while keeping user experience as light as possible but also, simplify the mobility features catalogue globally for all users.

Roles & Responsibilities:
IN OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
Architecture, design, achievement and development of the UEM common core
Maintenance of Production and Test Intune tenants
Assess and contributes to security hardening of the mobile OS
Mobile security: Network management (Proxy), security management (MTD) OS and Apps updates
Troubleshoots incidents with a good understanding of the context and related impacts (technical and business)
Keeps the Intune architecture secured and structured through Weekly, Monthly checks with entities and different internal teams
Involves and coordinates key stakeholders (partners and internal teams) when required
Documents and improves procedures, release notes, diagram, technical inventory
Builds and analyses statistics regarding the project/application/system
Communicates regularly (on crisis or recurrent mode) on activities to stakeholders
Manages crisis and keep control of the situation
Analyses incidents and assess lessons learnt to improve the service
Handles Guidances and throubleshooting documentation for support
Reports regularly on services activities
IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Participates and assesses design of solutions
Leads projects design and deployment in his area of expertise
Coordinates internal and external teams to focus on the delivery
Follow-up accurately project tasks until the objective is reached
Provides reporting on project activities
Follows and proposes improvement for project methodology in place
PARTICIPATION IN RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT WORK
Carries out research to specify systems according to needs
Pinpoints causes of malfunctions and suggests remedial action and alternative solutions
Warn on impacts that could affect the business
Required Skills
5-10 years of experience in the below Skills.
UEM solution : Microsoft Intune
OS : i OS, Android (Smartphones/Tablets and MTR), Mac OS. Workstation (Windows) OS is a plus
Collaboration : O365, One Drive, Sharepoint
OOBE : ABM (DEP), Samsung KME, Android Zero Touch + Auto Pilot, Pre-provisionning
Identity : Active Directory, Azure AD + Conditional Access
Core skills
Application management : Deploy & update (Packaging for Windows/MAC is a plus)
Configuration restrictions profiles, Compliances policies, apps configurations management : Deploy & update (i OS, Android, Mac OS (Windows could be a plus))
