Model Based Systems Engineer (MBSE)

Overview

Element is looking for a Model Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) to join our Team. The MBSE will work on a range of projects across several different industries (aero, defence, energy and others) and to support the growth of our in-house capability. This position will involve plenty of hands-on work coupled with the coaching and development of more junior team members. This position is based at our Derby office.

The candidate needs to be based out of the Derby office, and in the short term (rest of 2025) may be deployed for a few days each week to a client site.
