Position Overview
Are you a high-energy sales professional, ready to own and dominate a lucrative territory? Join us as a Sales Specialist – Modern Work Solutions , where you’ll build and close your own pipeline, disrupt competitors, and deliver transformative workplace solutions. You will work in close collaboration with account teams, subject matter experts, and service delivery leaders to define solution architectures, drive adoption strategies, and ensure customers realize the full value of their investment with Compugen.
Key Responsibilities
- Win new business – aggressively prospect within a large existing account base and cold call new logos, leveraging your network to identify and close high-value opportunities.
- Own your territory – manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed contracts, with full accountability for revenue and customer acquisition.
- Engage senior stakeholders – lead strategic conversations with business and IT decision-makers, positioning our Modern Work Print and PC solutions as drivers of business outcomes.
- Differentiate with insight – uncover hidden challenges in endpoint management, secure print, and device lifecycle to create compelling solutions.
- Close with impact – deliver winning proposals, negotiate with confidence, and drive profitability through value-based selling.
- Collaborate for success – partner with internal experts for solution design and delivery, while taking full ownership of the customer relationship.
- Stay ahead of the market – leverage trends in sustainability, automation, and AI-enhanced workplace technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
What You Bring
- Proven success as a hunter – consistent track record of exceeding quotas in B2B technology sales.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years in a quota-carrying role selling hardware, software, or managed services, with experience driving net-new revenue.
- Strong technical/business acumen in Modern Work, endpoint management, secure print management and/or PC lifecycle solutions.
- Ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals at an executive level, building urgency and delivering ROI-driven business cases.
- Self-starter with resilience, grit, and a drive to maximize earnings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
