Your main responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
• Visit and seek potential modernization customers, visit architects, construction
companies and establishments (residential & commercial) to seek and proactively
look for new modernization opportunities
• Perform the offer, negotiation, order, Modernizations sales contract closing and
supervise the contract compliance of all major modernizations, in alignment with the
Branch Modernization targets and Schindler internal procedures
• Audit existing Schindler equipment and determine the retention of components and
gauge financial viability
• Support and coordinate with the Installation team for any issue during project
execution and ensure collection of payments
• Coordinate big or complex modernizations with the Modernizations and Design
Center when required and Branch team
What you bring
For the Modernizations Sales Representative position, Schindler seeks people with:
Expertise Desired experience in commercial sales roles in
similar industries for at least two years
Knowledge and Skills Desired E&E industry knowledge, Selling skills,
Customer Relationship Management & Time
Management Skills
Education Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
