Responsibilities

• Visit and seek potential modernization customers, visit architects, construction companies, and establishments (residential & commercial) to seek and proactively look for new modernization opportunities.
• Perform the offer negotiation, order, Modernization Sales Contract closing and supervise the contract compliance of all modernizations, in alignment with the targets and internal procedures.
• Audit existing Eskay equipment and determine the retention of components, and gauge financial visibility.
• Support and coordinate with the installation team for any issues during the project execution and ensure the collection of payments.
• Coordinate big or complex modernizations and Design team whenever required.
