Mold Machine Operator

Job Description Job Description Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Milford, NH to bring on a Machine Operator. This position is full time and temp to hire, with opportunities for overtime. Position: Machine Operator Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (overtime as needed) Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience Duties / Responsibilities • Review work orders and production documentation • Set up, operate, and monitor machinery in assigned production areas • Load and replace materials and splice product to maintain continuous production • Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy • Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and reassembly of machines • Assist with basic repairs and coordinate additional maintenance when needed • Operate forklifts or other powered equipment safely, including propane cylinder changes • Record production activity and maintain accurate documentation • Direct helpers and work collaboratively with tea...
