This isn’t a routine shop job—it’s hands-on, high-impact work where your expertise in CNC machining, tooling, and injection molding keeps production running at peak performance. What You’ll Do: Fabricate, maintain, and repair molds, tooling, and metalworking dies Tear down, rebuild, and troubleshoot mold issues (flashing, galling, venting, cooling—you know the drill) Operate CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and other precision equipment Ensure every component meets tight dimensional and visual specs Keep clear records and communicate directly with the Molding Manager Suggest design tweaks or material improvements that boost efficiency What You Bring: 5 years of mold or ...
