**What your background should look like**:
- **Associate’s or technical degree in tool making or related field is preferred.**:
- **Minimum of 3 years of experience in moldmaking or mold maintenance.**:
- **Must be able to inspect products and select the correct shop equipment, precision measurement devices and other tools needed for a job.**:
- **Demonstrated ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints.**:
- **Ability to operate milling machines, surface grinders, lathes, sinker and wire EDM machines and related shop equipment.**:
- **Ability to operate precision measurement devices.**:
- **Must be able to build tooling from scratch**:
- **Able to work independently.**:
- **Excellent math skills including a working knowledge of trigonometry, proficiency on compound angles.**:
- **Proficiency in CAD software preferred (solidworks, Creo, Autocad, etc).**
