Molding Manager

The Molding Manager is responsible for optimizing molding and assembly processes to reduce costs and improve labor efficiency. The Molding Manager must modernize the preventive maintenance plans, implement new technologies, and design tooling or machines to solve production problems. In addition, the Molding Manager supervises the assigned technical and engineering personnel and manages Tool Room initiatives to improve the manufacturing and molding processes.

• Manages and coordinates the Molding Engineers and Technicians to ensure optimal planning of the molding areas and the Tool Shop.
• Assists in the planning of capital projects and develops implementation strategies.
• Manages and coordinates resources and workload of the mold and fixture shop for production.
