Molding Manager

Meet internal and external customer requirements for injection parts working according to production program and maintain safety stock. Accomplish plant KPI for safety, quality, delivery, cost and people.

• Responsible for Molding areas KPI´s
• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements
• Coordination with support areas to meet productive areas necessities
• Management of production superintendents and supervisor for both production areas
• External customer communication (results, action tracking, etc.)
• Support program documentation updates including Program Parts Matrix, Gate Workbook, and other updates
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager
• 7 - 10 Years of Experience in maintenance and injection molding processes.
• 7 -10 years of Experience within the automotive industry.
