Molding - Packer Supervisor - Continental D Shift (7:30pm - 7:30am)

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Manager, Molding, the Packer Supervisor’s responsibility is to provide the leadership and co‑ordination of all shop‑floor functions and activities for packers to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets and to foster a working environment that is fair, equitable and driven to continuously improve.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise Team Members: resolve personnel issue and lead Performance Improvement Process and ensure conformance to Standards of Conduct, maintaining good employee relations on the shop floor through clear communication and feedback.
• Schedules, directs and monitors the work of assigned Team Members in a manner that supports exceeding daily standard production rates. Evaluates operations and adjusts work schedules when needed to maintain production needs.
