Position Summary

The Injection Molding Process Technician is responsible for set-up, operation, as well as basic processing adjustments and control on plastic injection mold machines and auxiliary equipment. Duties include tool changeovers for horizontal and vertical injection molding machines in a safe, effective, and compliant manner, process evaluations and adjustments as necessary, and quality inspections of start-up and interval production parts. The position is expected to maintain control of validated processes in accordance with engineering validation guidelines, using appropriate procedures and standard work.
