Molding Supervisor

It is in charge of coordinating the efforts of the molding process technicians, "set ups" technicians in molding presses and material suppliers, its main function is to ensure the correct start of the molding processes, verifying the start of the runs of each one. of plastic injection molding presses. It will evaluate and give a solution in case of detecting the presses outside the established parameters.
- Maintain the molds of the existing molding machines in production in optimal conditions and within the specifications of the client.
- Solve process problems in injection presses and transfers
- Ensure the correct start or startup of plastic injection presses.
- Make sure the parameters are correct
- Check that the necessary documentation is filled out at each start-up of the press.
- Direct supervision of molding process technicians.
- Direct supervision of molding ""set up"" technicians.
- Generate work orders for corrective molds.
- Generate work orders for production changes
- Generate work orders for corrective presses.
- Monitoring resin availability to meet production goals.
- Follow-up on the availability of presses to meet the requirements.
- Supervision of the operator dedicated to supplying the resin to the presses.
- Make sure not to use molds whose expiration date for the number of blows is out of time and ask for their replacement in a preventive manner.
- Follow-up of personnel attendance, vacations, permits
