Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering course or equivalent
• Basic supervisory skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• High communication and presentation skills. Mentally and physically fit.
• Strong personality to handle and lead subordinates in their respective KPI.
• Strong technical knowledge in injection molding process related to mold set-up, parameters setting

and troubleshooting skills.

• Superior mental and analytical ability and problem-solving techniques
• Able to interpret technical drawings.
• Analyzing problem and recommend actions
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in plastic injection molding operation with secondary process (printing)
• Advantage of having experience in programmable robots and other production automation
