- Contribute to tracking and analyzing personnel costs
- Support the preparation of HR budgets and cost forecasts
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to improve workforce planning and cost efficiency
- Create regular HR cost reports and dashboards for managers
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or HR Management;
