Responsibilities



  • Provides support to Agents, Corporate partners and domestic and international branches, by taking care of their needs proactively, anticipating what will be asked and delivering the response beforehand. Administer and provide the needed services to the customers' unique requirements following the established applicable set of operating procedures tailed based on the requirements. The Money Backroom Support Associate shall take advantage of evaluating customers' needs and wants and recommends necessary improvements that will promote better services.

  • Represents the company and is in charge of directly coordinating with designated representatives of remittance corporate clients, Agent Partners and Merchants concerning any problem on remittance transaction such as, but not limited to delivery completion, encashment, crediting to bank accounts or to merchants' accounts and the like.
