Job Description – Monitoring & Reporting Engineer
We are looking for a Monitoring & Reporting Engineer to oversee the health and performance of bank IT infrastructure and applications across multiple projects. The role involves basic monitoring, real-time analysis, and proactive issue reporting to ensure smooth operations without any financial impact. We are seeking a resource with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and eagerness to resolve issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor servers, OCP clusters, and databases to ensure optimal health and performance.
- Continuously track the application environment and transaction flows to identify anomalies.
- Use monitoring tools to visualize, analyze, and report on system performance.
- Immediately escalate unusual activities or system irregularities to the support team (Admin) for quick resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely detection and resolution of issues.
