Monitoring, Evaluation, MIS & IT Expert

Job Summary:

The Monitoring, Evaluation, MIS & IT Expert will lead the design, implementation, and management of ICT- and MIS-based systems for end-to-end monitoring of Solid Waste Management services. The role focuses on digital transformation of SWM operations, data-driven decision-making, system integration, and real-time monitoring to support efficient, transparent, and sustainable municipal service delivery.

Experience: 3–5 years (SWM / SBM / Urban Local Bodies preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide ULBs in ICT integration across SWM processes including waste collection, transportation, processing, disposal, resource management, vehicle tracking, citizen engagement, and MIS reporting.
• Design, pilot, and scale ICT innovations such as toilet locator apps, public toilet O&M monitoring, geo-tagging of vehicles/bins, route digitization, and grievance redressal systems.<...
