We are currently looking for customer service teleoperators with English to join our team for our Alarm Reception Centre in our offices in Cornellà de Llobregat (Barcelona) .

Your duties:

Tend to alarm alerts from our English and Spanish -speaking customers and distinguish between a real emergency and a false alarm. This allows us to carry out the protocols and procedures established for their correct management while giving a satisfactory response in the most efficient way to our customers
