Job Description

For the Performance Media Coordinator role, the following are mandatory:


  • Advanced or Fluent English: Essential for effective communication in an international environment and with global stakeholders;
  • Expertise in Digital Performance Media: Strong experience in creating, optimizing, and managing campaigns across various digital media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and Programmatic;
  • People Management and Development: Proven track record in leading, managing teams, and developing talent, with a focus on individual growth plans;
  • Autonomy and Proactivity: Ability to make independent decisions, take initiative, and manage complex scenarios effectively;
  • Commitment to Deadlines and Results: Capability to juggle multiple demands and deliver results within established timelines, with a high level of accountability.
