What you will be doing

Our engineering Test Technologists, in the Structures Test Team, support serial programmes and research & development activities, within a field or engineering discipline, through the application of known engineering principles and practices. They develop new test rigs, test methods/processes and tools by delivering specialisms in:

Primary Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of MOOG Control System (system architecture/connection, calibration and PID tuning)
  • Experience using Aerotest Software (Test Manager, Test Explorer, SmartBAR)
  • Design, Maintenance and Operation of servo-hydraulic control systems

Additional Desirable Skills

  • Operation of standard universal test machines
  • Experience using HBK Catman
