Guide regulated Home Purchase Plans (HPPs) — ethical, interest-free alternatives to traditional mortgages using co-ownership — and non-regulated Buy-to-Let deals from application to completion, hitting SLAs every time.
What you'll do:
* Give personalized, needs-based advice on products, terms & payments
* Ensure 100% compliance with policies, FCA rules, Conduct Risk, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and Consumer Duty
* Deliver outstanding, fully compliant service
* Perform deep due diligence & sharp risk assessment to protect the business
* Hit personal targets while boosting team results
* Stay ahead on UK mortgage + Islamic finance trends & regulations
* Track leads, generate new business & produce insightful MI
* Commit to ongoing CPD and full competence
