Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze sensitive financial documents to identify discrepancies.
• Structure mortgage applications in software and manage pipeline data with 100% accuracy.
• Email and text clients to collect missing documents, minimizing back-and-forth requests.

We operate on a 'High-Trust / Elite Strategist' model, where you will work closely with our Principal Broker as their right-hand person. Your goal is to free up their time for strategy and sales by ensuring timely completion of financing applications.
