- Demonstrated ability to handle customer complaints in the mortgage broker industry is important.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage brokering or related field
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with mortgage lending regulations and procedures
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide suitable mortgage solutions
