We are seeking a highly skilled Broker Support Specialist to join our team and provide essential support for both residential and SMSF loans. Your primary responsibility will be managing finance applications from submission to settlement, ensuring smooth communication with all parties involved throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general support to the lead mortgage broker, ensuring seamless loan processing
• Manage an active pipeline of applications, keeping them on track from submission to settlement
• Order necessary valuations
• Input client information into Mercury and Apply Online (AOL) for loan preparation
• Prepare BID notes
• Submit loan applications to lenders via AOL and track them through to unconditional approval
• Ensure compliance documentation is up to date for each client
• Follow up with banks for status updates and proactively manage applications
