Customer Experience Specialist I (Onsite)

Entry‑level role supporting Consumer Direct Lending. Acts as the primary contact helping consumers through the loan origination process and supports efficient workflows across the Mortgage Fulfillment team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound consumer calls and high‑volume inquiries.
  • Manage a loan pipeline and complete routine data entry.
  • Communicate via calls, emails, and chats with consumers, employees, and authorized third parties.
  • Skills:

    Customer service, call center, mortgage, originations, servicing, banking.

    Qualifications:

  • Mortgage/financial call center experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of mortgage regulations a plus.
  • Strong detail orientation, independence, and time management.
  • Solid problem‑solving, math, and communication skills.
