General Description

Sell mortgage products to potential clients contacted through different internal channels, such as telemarketing, internet, referrals, and walk-in clients on premises units.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Interview and provide orientation to clients to offer the best available mortgage product.
  2. Make outbound calls and personal lead follow-up calls or emails to potential customers to offer mortgage products.
  3. Handle inbound sales lead calls, emails, and referrals.
  4. Assist potential walk-in customers on company premises to convert into sales.
  5. Pre-qualify potential clients according to customers' financial capabilities.
