Bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Loan Officer Assistant – Join a Top-Producing Team!

We’re hiring a bilingual Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to support a top-producing loan origination team in our Su Casa Loans division at Premier Lending. You’ll work directly with our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient loan processing from application to close.
What You’ll Do:
- Track and follow up with leads daily
- Assist with taking and processing loan applications
- Provide customer support and loan status updates
- Help manage paperwork, disclosures, and conditions
- Work hand-in-hand with an experienced bilingual loan origination team

- Licensed Loan Officers who thrive at originating but prefer support with lead generation
- Loan Officer Assistants with excellent attention to detail and time management
- Experienced Loan Processors (must be bilingual) willing to obtain a license — we’ll help you get there!

Compensation:$42,000 - $50,000 plus commission bonuses
Responsibilities:- Follow up and respond to customer and in-house inquiries on transactions as needed in order to provide superior customer service
- Provide administrative support such as screening and making calls, booking appointments, etc.
- Review all loan package documentation for discrepancies, omissions, and income calculation then report any discrepancies to the loan originator
- Be the primary liaison between the mortgage loan officer and our clients and schedule meetings to discuss outstanding items
- Gather and coordinate necessary loan documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork
Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clients
- 2-3 years of professional office environment and administration or mortgage experience preferred
- College degree in finance or banking preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required
- MS Office proficiency required; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred
- Possess an understanding of different loan products, such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc.
