We’re Hiring: Remote Loan Writer & Operations Associate

Shift Timing: 10.00 AM – 6.30 PM (Australia Timings)

💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a Experienced & motivated Loan Writer & Operations Associate with prior experience in the Australian mortgage industry. This role combines loan writing, administrative support, and client coordination to assist our brokerage team in Australia.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Loan application preparation & submission (Mycrm & AOL)
• Work with CRMs (MYCRM )
• Prepare serviceability calculators & compliance docs
• Coordinate with clients for required documents and updates
• Provide admin support to Manager and ensure timely file progression

🔹 Requirements

✔️ 1–2 years’ experience in Australian mortgage loan processing/writing

✔️ Strong knowledge of lender policies (major banks & non-banks)

✔️ Familiar with compliance (NCCP, BID, VOI) & credit reports (Equifax/Illion)

✔️ Excellent English communication skills and attention to detail

✔️ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines on Australian hours
