Motion Graphic Designer

Office Beacon Philippines is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics & Animation Designer to produce engaging animated content, motion graphics, and video materials that support marketing, branding, and product promotion initiatives. This role covers the full animation lifecycle, from concept and storyboarding to final video delivery, while collaborating closely with internal teams and supporting clients and business owners through the Teelaunch platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop storyboards that define scenes, transitions, timing, and animation flow
• Plan and animate character gestures, poses, and emotional expressions for natural, consistent performance
• Prepare character assets in Adobe Illustrator by separating layers for animation control
• Import and animate assets in Adobe Animate to create limb movements, body tilts, and character actions
