We’re Hiring: Motion Designer / Graphic Designer!

Office Beacon Philippines is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Motion Designer / Graphic Designer to create premium short-form video, motion graphics, and high-quality marketing visuals that support performance marketing, branding, and product promotion initiatives for teelaunch.

This role is focused on short-form social content (Reels/TikTok-style), motion graphics, and scalable creative systems; not traditional character animation. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to produce polished, conversion-focused creative and help evolve our motion and video workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Create premium short-form motion content (Reels/TikTok style) with strong hooks, pacing, captions/kinetic typography, and clean transitions
