Job Summary The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling motion graphics and animations to support digital marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and client communications. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and digital marketing requirements to deliver engaging content across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns
Create animated content for social media, websites, digital advertisements, presentations, and video platforms
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and client service teams to translate briefs into effective visual solutions
Ensure brand consistency across all motion graphic assets for agency and client brands
Edit and enhance video content with motion graphics, typography, transitions, and visual effects
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Prepare final assets in required formats optimized for various digital platforms
Stay updated on motion design trends, animation techniques, and digital media best practices
Revise and refine designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia, or a related field
2–4 years of professional experience in motion graphics or video design, preferably in a digital marketing agency
Proficiency in motion design and video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and animation principles
Experience creating content for social media and digital advertising platforms
Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into engaging motion visuals
