Motion Graphic designer – Full-Time
Location: Remote
Salary: 35,000/- - 70,000/- (Based on experience)
Work timings: Monday to Friday (45 hours a week)
Work Mode: On-site

We are a Growth Marketing Agency , catering primarily to international clients in the AI, Crypto and Gaming sectors. With a current team of 35, we're expanding rapidly and looking to add dynamic individuals to help us take our organization to the next level.
Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to convert ideas into engaging animations, videos, and motion-based content
What You’ll be doing:
Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video assets for marketing, social media, and brand campaigns.
Develop visually appealing explainer videos, logo animations, transitions, and promotional content.
Collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished final outputs when required.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across platforms.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation styles, and motion graphics tools.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
What We are looking for:
Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or Animator.
Proficiency in software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other motion graphics tools.
Proficiency in AI Tools is a must.
Strong sense of design, color theory, typography, and composition.
Ability to convert scripts, concepts, and ideas into visually appealing motion content.
Basic knowledge of sound design and video editing is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
We are looking for someone with pro active, leadership qualities.
Agency Background & Knowledge of Crypto and Gaming is a plus.
