Work mode- Full time, onsite, 5 day week

Role & Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and deliver high-quality motion graphics, videos, and animations aligned with brand strategy.
• Plan and execute video/animation projects for campaigns, product communication, social media, and internal branding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert briefs into impactful visual content.
• Drive innovation in tools, techniques, templates, and motion design standards.
• Build and maintain a library of templates, animation assets, and video elements.
• Lead the video & animation team to ensure quality output, timely delivery, and brand consistency.
• Develop and refine workflows for efficient production and reduced rework.
