About the Role

We're looking for a remote
Motion Graphics Designer
to bring ideas to life through animation and video, creating engaging content that drives impact for our health and wellness clients.

In this role, you'll transform concepts into motion graphics and video content that educates, inspires, and builds trust across digital platforms.

This position focuses significantly on a major pharmaceutical client in women's health—a brand we've partnered with since 2020. This client operates in a highly regulated environment with iterative feedback and revisions. You'll need resilience to maintain enthusiasm through multiple revision cycles. While this client represents a significant portion of your workload, you'll also work on other health and wellness brands. This is not a client-facing role by default, though opportunities exist if desired.

Our IDEAL CANDIDATE
brings 3-6+ years of motion graphics expertise with the execution discipline to deliver polished, premium-quality work consistently. When given a concept, you go heads down, execute with precision, and deliver work that excites clients. You flex to client needs and maintain a positive, solutions-oriented mindset through multiple rounds of regulated pharma revisions, never taking edits personally. You're genuinely passionate about health and wellness—you don't just work in this space, you live it and intuitively understand what resonates with these audiences.

Your performance will be measured by your efficiency and deadline delivery, quality of motion graphics and design work, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment to client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

  • Project & Asset Management:
Manage timelines, deliverables, and maintain an organized library of assets.
  • Graphic Design Support:
Design video thumbnails, social graphics, display ads; source stock content; perform photo editing and colour correction; assist design team as needed.
