Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Motion Graphic Designer to create high-impact corporate demo videos and visual content that support B2B sales and demand generation. You’ll blend creative motion design, editorial craft, and brand storytelling to deliver polished, enterprise-ready assets across channels. This role will shape visual direction, maintain consistency with brand standards, and collaborate closely with designers, editors, and cross-functional teams to bring complex ideas to life through compelling motion graphics.
Core Responsibilities
Motion Graphics & Video Editing
- Build dynamic motion graphics and animations in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro; take projects from storyboards and raw footage/brand assets to final export (editing, animation, transitions, audio sync).
- Design and manipulate supporting assets in Photoshop and Illustrator; produce on‑brand lower thirds, iconography, and data‑driven visuals.
AI‑Enhanced Workflow
- Leverage generative and assistive AI tools—e.g., Eleven Labs, Midjourney, Veo3, Soro, Firefly, Runway, Topaz, etc.
- Identify and test new AI tools for video content creation.
Creative Collaboration
- Translate scripts and storyboards into compelling visual narratives; collaborate with creative leadership and stakeholders to align outputs with business goals and campaign objectives.
Quality, Accessibility & Delivery
- Ensure exports meet platform specs (codecs, frame rates, aspect ratios like 16:9, 1:1, 5:4, 9:16) and audio loudness norms; deliver captioned and accessible videos aligned to brand standards.
- Maintain organized project files, versioning, and review workflows (e.g., Frame.io/SharePoint) for efficient feedback loops and on‑time delivery.
Brand Alignment & Enterprise Readiness
- Adapt brand elements into professional, engaging animations suitable for enterprise clients and CX/AI narratives; ensure every deliverable is polished, consistent, and on‑brand.
Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years of professional experience in motion graphics and video editing for marketing/advertising/communications. Creative agency experience preferred.
- Expert‑level proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Hands‑on proficiency with AI tools used in video and motion workflows; proven ability to apply AI responsibly within brand/IP guidelines.
- Strong command of visual storytelling, pacing, typography, and data visualization for B2B/enterprise audiences.
- Solid grasp of production/post fundamentals (color management, audio mixing, captioning/subtitles, multi‑format exports).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
Portfolio Requirement (Strong Reel Required)
- Must include: A current showreel and 3–5 examples highlighting your motion design and animation expertise. Ideally, with supporting before/after examples or breakdowns, and at least two projects for use cases, product demos, tech features, brand explainers, or similar.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Lottie animations/lightweight web motion for marketing sites.
- 3D skills and AE expressions/template authoring (MOGRTs).
- Familiarity with B2B Tech/CX/AI or enterprise IT categories.
