Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a motor insurance specialist based in Delhi, India. The Motor Insurance Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks, including assisting customers in selecting suitable motor insurance policies, processing renewals, managing claims, and providing advice on insurance coverage. The role also involves coordinating with insurance providers, explaining policy terms effectively, and ensuring clients receive timely and accurate assistance. Salary: 25,000 - 30,000.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Insurance products, specifically in the motor insurance domain
• Strong Finance-related skills and the ability to calculate premiums and interpret financial data
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for consultation and client support
• Experience in Insurance Brokerage and claim settlements, with a focus on delivering fair outcomes
• Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively on-site
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in using technology for managing insurance software and client databases
