Key Responsibilities:

- Perform winding and rewinding of sewing machine motors.

- Rewind, repair, and service electric motors from 1 HP to 25 HP.

- Dismantle motors and inspecting windings, insulation, bearings, and components.

- Identify electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.

- Select correct copper wire gauge, insulation, and winding pattern.

- Reassemble motors and ensure proper alignment.

- Test motors using megger and multimeter before final handover.

Motor Types Handled:

- Sewing machine motors

- Single-phase motors
- Three-phase motors

- Capacitors start / run motors
