Required
Responsible for Designing and Developing Moulds, Press Tools, and Machine components for Medical Device Production
Using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other CAD tools.
Prepares 3D models, 2D drawings, DHF documentation, and BOMs in compliance with medical device design controls.
Conducts feasibility studies, supports
tool trials and validation, and ensures precision through GD&T and tolerance standards.
Collaborates with production to optimize manufacturability,
Researches new Materials and processes, and ensures all designs meet regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
