Designation- Mold Manufacturing Head
Location - Kosamba, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities
1. General Management & Administration
- Oversee overall technical and administrative management of the mould manufacturing function.
- Plan and manage infrastructure requirements for current and upcoming projects.
- Deploy and develop competent manpower for mould and CNC functions.
- Ensure smooth supply of moulds to the plant and maintain consistent output from Kosamba & Jambusar locations.
2. Mould Manufacturing, Delivery & Inspection
- Monitor end-to-end delivery of mould manufacturing and inspection.
- Manage job loading and distribution for NPD, NODCOMM, and Runner jobs (in-house, outsourced, and modification due to design changes).
- Establish and sustain workflows for mould manufacturing, ensuring competitive lead times.
- Reduce manufacturing time for NPD moulds through process optimization.
