Moulding Quality Local Trainer

The **Moulding Quality Local Trainer**is responsible on maintain the quality shift trained, identify the needs and provide a plan to achieve skills needed. Also provide the documentation needed to operate. Collaborate with other areas or departments on training initiatives and needs from quality perspective.
**Training**
- Make sure that induction process of new personnel is follow up and finished.
- Prepare, motivate and evaluate Quality Inspectors using training methods.
- Develop and update training material and documents.
- Execute training according to standards and TWI Methodology.
- Provide feedback to training Manager and Technical Writer on related to training activities.
- Report to Manager any relevant situation or needs related to training.
- Perform Training confirmation to Quality Inspectors.
- Follow up on training according to Skill Matrix and update it.
- Communicate changes and improvements on procedures and standards to the shift.
