Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE:
Serve as the single point of coordination for assigned internal, international, and domestic moves into and out of the local region.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS TASKS:

  1. Manage the household goods process from booking to delivery, from origin to destination.
  2. Coordinate international moves with corporate clients, handling both imports and exports.
  3. Counsel clients to ensure the best ongoing experience regarding their household goods shipments, pack outs, deliveries, fine arts, etc.
  4. Manage the expectations of both domestic and international customers.
  5. Assist with answering questions and offering solutions to provide the best moving services.
  6. Coordinate with moving operations, customer service reps, sales, and crew leaders to stay updated on customer needs, service developments, and insurance matters.
  7. Support our preferred supplier relationships.
