Role : Administrative Coordinator
Location: Dubai
Role Purpose
Assist the Valuation department in registering new requests emailing and calling clients/customers arranging inspections and general admin housekeeping.

- Provide a high level of customer service and care
- Present the company in a professional manner in all business events.
- Self-development and continuing personal development.
Policies Systems Processes and Procedures
- Collect and report to senior admin business process and problems to develop solutions in order to enhance efficiencies.
- Including good use of MS Office Oracle and Other ADIB Applications.

- Ensure turnaround times are met for all respective cases
