Role : Administrative Coordinator

Location: Dubai

Role Purpose

Assist the Valuation department in registering new requests emailing and calling clients/customers arranging inspections and general admin housekeeping.

Key Accountabilities of the role

  • Provide a high level of customer service and care
  • Present the company in a professional manner in all business events.
  • Self-development and continuing personal development.

Policies Systems Processes and Procedures

  • Collect and report to senior admin business process and problems to develop solutions in order to enhance efficiencies.
  • Including good use of MS Office Oracle and Other ADIB Applications.

Valuations

  • Ensure a high standard of work level
  • Ensure turnaround times are met for all respective cases
