We’re looking for an MRI Commercial (PMX-7) expert to own the full NNN recovery process within MRI—eliminating Excel-based reconciliations and driving accuracy and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Configure NNN Recovery Escrow, expense pools, and recovery charge codes in MRI
Run estimated, billed, and actual NNN recovery calculations
Generate tenant reconciliation and recovery letters directly from MRI
Interpret lease language for CAM, tax, and insurance recoveries
Resolve variances and support tenant inquiries
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of commercial real estate accounting experience
Advanced, hands-on MRI Commercial (PMX-7) experience
Strong knowledge of NNN, CAM, tax, and insurance recoveries
Proven ability to complete recoveries fully within MRI (no Excel dependency)
Commercial real estate experience required
Process-improvement mindset preferred
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
2-4 years of relevant, hands-on MRI software experience
